This activity is used to view, modify, or enter information about campaign interests.

A campaign interest is created and is available for use in customer/contacts.

Procedure

1. Open the CRM Basic Data window and click the Campaign Interests tab.
2. Create a new record.
3. Enter the short code in the Campaign Interest field.
4. Enter description of the campaign interest in the Description field.
5. Save the information.
