Enter Lead Stages

Explanation

This activity is used to view, modify, or enter information about lead stages. A lead stage defines the current level of the lead.

This activity has no prerequisites.

System Effects

A lead stage is created and is available for use in the business lead record.

Procedure

1. Open the CRM Basic Data window and click the Lead Stages tab.
2. Create a new record.
3. Enter the short code in the Stage ID field.
4. Enter description of the lead stages in the Description field.
5. Save the information.
