View and/or Modify Write-Off Notice Proposal

Explanation

This activity is used to view items included in a selected write-off notice proposal and make any required modifications required. You can modify a write-off notice proposal by removing any items already included in it. However, it is not possible to add new items to a proposal once it is created.

Prerequisites

In order to perform this activity, a write-off notice proposal should exist. If you want to modify the proposal by removing any items included in it, the status of the proposal should be Created.

System Effects

As a result of this activity, any items you remove from the write-off notice proposal will not be included in the write-off notice when it is printed

Procedure

To view and/or modify a write-off notice proposal:

  1. Open the Write-off Notice Proposals window and search for the proposal which you want to view and/or modify.
  2. Select the proposal, right-click and then click Details to open the Write-off Notice Proposal Items window where all the items included in the proposal are displayed.
  3. Remove any items you do not want to include in the write-off notice if required.
  4. Save the information.
