Update Follow-Up Messages

Explanation

The Update Follow-up Messages activity is used for updating messages to credit analysts. The updating needs to be performed to get information on follow-up dates reached.

Prerequisites

This activity requires that message groups have been entered and that the Send Message checkbox is checked for the message types that will create messages. In order to receive messages, the credit analyst needs to be linked to a message group.

System Effects

As a result of this entry, follow-up messages for the following are sent to credit analysts: invoice follow-up date reached, invoice line follow-up date reached.

Procedure

To update follow-up messages:

  1. Select the Update Follow Up Messages dialog box. Enter information in From and To Customer ID and From and To Follow-up Date. Click Run.
