This activity is used to unacknowledge an acknowledged customer write-off notice proposal.

Prerequisites

In order to perform this activity, a write-off notice proposal with the Acknowledged  status should exist.

System Effects

As a result of this activity, the status of the write-off notice proposal will change to Created and it will be possible to modify the proposal.

Procedure

To unacknowledge a write-off notice proposal:

1. Open the Write-off Notice Proposals window and search for the proposal which you want to unacknowledge.
2. Select the proposal, right-click and then click Unacknowledge Proposal.
