Unacknowledge Difference Notice Proposals

Explanation

The Unacknowledge Difference Notice Proposal activity is used to unacknowledge an already acknowledged customer difference notice proposal. 

Prerequisites

This activity requires that the actual difference notice proposal is in the Acknowledged status.

System Effects

As a result of this entry, modification of the proposal can be performed. The printout of the customer difference notice proposal cannot be produced  in the Created status.

Procedure

To Unacknowledge a Difference Notice Proposal:

1. Open the Difference Notice Proposals window. Use either the Populate or Query function to look for the proposal you want to unacknowledge.
2. Click on the right mouse button function Unacknowledge Proposal to reset the status to Created.
