Print Difference Notice

Explanation

The Print Difference Notice activity is used to print customer difference notices. The notice contains detailed information about invoice, amount, date, and currency to which the difference notice refers.

Prerequisites

This activity requires that the difference notice proposal is in the Acknowledged status.

System Effects

As a result of this entry, a customer difference notice is created.

Procedure

To Print a Difference Notice:

1. Select the Difference Notice Proposals window. Use either the Populate or Query function to look for the difference notice proposal.
2. Click on the right mouse button function Print Difference Notice.
