Use this window to manually reconcile customer schedules. Reconciliation of customer schedules is a process step designed to help ensure that the user and the customer are communicating correctly regarding deliveries. Simply put, the reconciliation process tries to automatically align schedule differences based on delivery information from the customer and the company's shipping records. The goal is to adjust the schedule to accurately reflect the customer's need.
