Use this tab to view sales lines generated from the Repair or Exchange lines. The sales lines are either based on the cost categories and service type or just the service type. For service types with the invoice type Resources Used the sales lines are created by adding an offset to the cost lines calculated for the service type. The cost lines always represent the total transaction amount for all combinations of cost categories and the service type. If a service type instead is defined as; Fixed Price, Free of Charge or Invoice Plan then just one sales line is created for the service type. Sales lines can be generated automatically through the Generate Sales Lines right mouse button option. It is also possible to create sales lines manually for a CRO line.
Note: For repair lines you can create sales line automatically or manually, for exchange lines they can only be created manually.
