Use this window to get a 360 degree view of the selected representative. The
Representative 360 includes assorted
information related to the representative in detail.
The main purpose of this window is to facilitate users interested in a complete
representative view. The data on tabs are filtered based on the user-allowed
sites and CRM access.
On each tab, user can refine the displayed data further by deciding if a
previously saved query should or should not be used as a start-up filter. A
start-up filter is added by right-clicking on a tab row and selecting
Properties. On the Properties/Startup Query tab, select the
Enable Startup Query
check box and select the appropriate saved query. If a saved query is used as a
filter when the tab is populated, the query name is displayed in the windows
title bar. The saved queries do not have any effect on the normal query
function, but as soon as the form is re-populated the saved query will act as
the default filter.
