Use this activity to keep track of important
events for a document revision.

As a result of this activity, all enabled events will result in history lines for the document revisions. For more information on History events refer to About
Document History.

Procedure
- Select an information category from the Information Category field.
- Select the Enabled check box for the information category to enable
that category.
- Enter a description for the enabled category.
- Click Save.
