When entering a new document title, a document revision with a default revision of that document title is automatically created. (See also basic default values in section Document Basic.) The title information is common for all the revisions of the title.
Information about the document title can be created and maintained in Document Titles, and can be maintained in the Document Revision/Title tab. In the Document Titles window, it is possible to override the default revision by specifying a different one.
A document title cannot be deleted as long as it has more than one document revision, but the title will automatically be removed if you delete all revisions belonging to that document title.
