Upload and Attach Document

Explanation

This activity is used to upload documents to IFS Document Management and attach to a business object.

Procedure

  1. From the business object page, click on the attachments button.
  2. This will expand the Attachments group at the bottom of the page.
  3. Click Documents tab.
  4. Click Upload New button.
  5. In the Upload New Document dialog, either drag & drop files on to drop area or click Browse to open files to upload.
  6. Change document information if necessary and click Upload.
  7. After the documents are created, those will be shown in the Attachments group.
