Enter Status for Transmittal Lines

Explanation

This activity is used to create statuses that can be used to monitor progress of documents belonging to transmittals within a project, when the document transmittal is connected to a certain project. The projects used in this activity should have been defined previously.

Prerequisites

The project must be defined in the Project Management/Plan and Execute/Projects window.

System Effects

As a result of this activity, the status of the transmittal can be changed according to the available statuses.

Procedure

1. Open the Statuses for Document Transmittal Lines window.
2. Create a new record (F5).
3. Enter a project ID in the Project field or use the List of Values to select a suitable value.
4. Enter a status in the Status field.
5. Save the record (F12).
