Resolve Publish Errors
Explanation
This activity is used to resolve publish errors in part groups that resulted
when a change source was published and some or all of the published data failed
validation in IFS Maintenix. Data validation of updates to the configuration
baseline takes place only in IFS Maintenix.
If an error exists in any of the part groups for a change source, on
publishing the change source, the status of the configuration change source
changes to PublishError. Only the part groups containing errors will fail
publish. The rest of the part groups will be published successfully.
To resolve publish errors the status of the change source should be set to
InProgress. The changes that failed validation will be displayed on the Publish
Errors page, where a description of the error is displayed
in the Error Text field. You can navigate to the part
group details to rectify the error and publish the change source again.

baseline are invalid and were not updated in IFS Maintenix.
