Connect Work Lists to Execution Items

Explanation

This activity is used to plan the work lists required to complete a specific work.

Prerequisites

• If the work list is to be connected to a task template, the task templates must be defined on the Compatible Unit Navigator/Jobs and Templates tab prior to connecting the work list to the execution item.

System Effects

• As a result of this activity, work list lines will be connected to the execution item.

Procedure

1. Open the Compatible Unit Navigator.
2. Search for an existing record.
3. Select the appropriate execution item in the navigator.
4. Click the Work Lists tab.
5. Enter a new line and enter a value in the Description column.
6. Enter other values as required.
7. Save the information.
