Specify Budget Template Structure
Explanation
This activity is used to define the budget template structure.
The budget structure is based on the templates defined within the budget
process. For each node it will be possible to define a budget responsible user and an
approver. When a user is defined as responsible or approver for a node, the user
should be able to view all budget templates and nodes. The graphical presentation of the structure will show the following
information for all templates; Status, Responsible, Approver, Due Date and Last
Modified.
Prerequisites
Budget templates and user roles need to be
specified.
System Effects
As a result you are allowed to create a structure and
connect the template to a node.

Template tabs. The drag and drop operation can be performed
by dragging
an object and dropping it onto a node. You cannot use the copy and paste operation, since nodes or code
part values cannot be duplicated in the structure through this operation.
