Remove Budget Version

Explanation

Use this activity to remove a budget version.

Prerequisites

Before removing a budget version, the status for the budget version must be changed to Removable.

System Effects

As a result of this activity, all information on the budget version is removed from both Budget Year Amount and Budget Period Amount.

Procedure

Use the following procedure to remove a budget version:

1. Open Budget Versions and find the budget version with Removable status.
2. Select Remove Budget Version operation. The Remove Budget Version dialog box is displayed.
3. Check the information and click the Remove button.
4. The budget version is no longer visible in Budget Versions
