Enter Note For Budget Version

Explanation

This activity is used to enter a note for a budget version. A note can be used as a means of forwarding information to someone who will process the budget version later. It can also be used to make personal notes and comments for internal reference.

Prerequisites

Before a note for the budget version can be entered, the following must have been completed:

As a result of this entry, the Notes checkbox in Budget Versions will be selected.

Procedure

Use the following procedure to enter a note for a budget version:

  1. Open Budget Versions and find the budget version you want to enter a note for.
  2. Select the Notes check box.
  3. Enter the text and confirm the information.
