Connect Documents to Budget Template
Explanation
This activity is used to connect and view documents
connected to the budget template. As a result it will be possible to link
unstructured data like office documents to a template. Also the user can
store/communicate budget assumptions, business drivers such as units, standard
rates or other key planning assumptions.

Procedure
- Open
Budget Template window.
- Query or populate the window to select the budget
template ID.
- Click the Connected Objects (paper clip icon)
- Click New.
- Select document class from List of Values.
- Select document number from List of Values.
- Select document sheet from List of Values.
- Select document revision from List of Values.
- If required, select association category from List of
Values.
- Save.
