Explanation

This activity is used to change the status to Removable for a budget version.

Prerequisites

Before changing the status for the budget version, the following must have been completed:

• The status for the budget version must be Active.

1. Open Budget Versions and find the budget version.
2. Change status to Removable in the Budget Status field.
