Review and Reschedule Compliance Plan

Explanation

Use this activity to review and reschedule the compliance plan. This is usually done per target year.

Prerequisites

At least one compliance plan record must exist.

System Effects

As a result of this activity, the compliance plan is reviewed. The target year and target month information is updated if required and the audits are connected to compliance plan records.

Procedure

1. Open the Compliance Planning window.
2. Click Search to search for the required target year.
3. Review the compliance plan records and edit the existing target month in the Target Month field if required.
4. Save when complete.

Optionally a new or an existing audit can be connected to a specific compliance plan record.

• To create a new audit and connect it to a compliance plan record, select the required compliance plan record, right-click and then click Create Audit. Follow the steps in the assistant to create the audit.
• To connect an existing audit to a compliance plan record, select the required compliance plan record, right-click and then click Connect Audit. Enter a value in the Audit ID field or click List to select one from the List of Values. Click OK to connect the audit to the compliance plan record.
