Basic Data Requirements for Asset Information Integration Management

Description Of Process

This process involves establishing all the necessary information on jobs and on integration packages. The activities listed in this BDR process must be performed first to enable export and import on selected parts of the configuration and of the asset structure from and to the IFS Application.

The basic data requirements are:

1. Main information about the job - define the background job information as well as the job type (Export, Import, or both)
2. Defined parameters for Export Integration Package - select business objects from the business object tree that should be exported with a particular outbound integration package.
3. Defined parameters for Import to Business Objects - select business objects from the business object tree that should be imported with a particular inbound integration package.
