Import to Business Objects

Explanation

This activity is used to import all business objects, their relations and their properties defined on the current import job. This activity can be performed in the Execute Inbound Integration Package window where it is possible to view the progress of the import. The Overall Progress bar shows the progress of the whole import process while the Current Business Object Progress bar shows the progress of import of a particular business object as it is being executed.

Prerequisites

An import job must be selected as the current job.

System Effects

The integration package will be imported.

Procedure

Use the following procedure to import the integration package:

1. Click Start of the Execute Inbound Integration Package-Import window to initiate the import process.
2. Click Stop to abort the import process at any time.
